The winery was founded in 2002 as a joint project by brothers Héctor and Pablo Durigutti, first-generation winemakers from Mendoza. Located in the heart of Las Compuertas, Luján de Cuyo, it combines oenological expertise and deep knowledge of the terroir, seeking the purest expression of origin. This drives them to explore the land, interpret local character, craft high-quality wines, and position themselves among the world’s finest vineyards.
In a small corner of Ribeiro, Galicia, Castrelo Das Pedras is born—a project by Héctor and Pablo Durigutti, winemakers from Mendoza who, inspired by the Old World, rediscover and reclaim the region’s millenary winemaking tradition through a New World perspective. Since 2017, they have been producing limited batches under the D.O. Ribeiro, reflecting the area’s genuine identity and the work of small winegrowers.
This is a Mendoza-based venture by Aldo Graziani, Miguel Rep, and Leandro Velázquez. Original and authentic wines focused on conveying purity and typicity in every bottle, reflecting quality and identity. They express their place of origin and typicity, with great aging potential.
